Just wanted to let you know what a fantastic week we had at Chalet la Valentine. The chalet was so well equipped we did not want for anything. The location and views were perfect. Both my parents and us all loved it. There was something to suit all......the Marvel run was fantastic, it was so lovely to go somewhere that you could spend more time skiing than on the lifts.

I ordered the skis etc from the Montagne Neige shop and have never experienced such good service in all the time that I have been going to France. They were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble despite having a pair of poles stolen while we were taking a 'lunch break'. He did not make a charge for the loss. Useful information for future guests. Once again - many thanks.

Thank you for letting us stay at you chalet last week. We had a fabulous time and it even snowed in Morillon!! My 4 year old daughter loved every minute of it. We are trying to persuade my parents to go again next year - if this is the case we will be in contact with you to book again as we love both the area and the chalet.

We had a really enjoyable week - the Chalet had everything we expected and we were very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family and hope to visit again next year.

Nous rentrons ce jour d'une semaine passée dans votre chalet ; petit message pour vous remercier car nous avons été très bien reçus ; M. Robert nous a bien accueillis, votre chalet est bien équipé, confortable et spacieux. Nous avons pu bien cuisiner (ce qui est rare en location) et avons très bien dormi. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir si l'occasion se présente !

Just to let you know that we had another fantastic week at the chalet. My 5 year old daughter loved the bunk beds in the new downstairs bedroom and I think that the new open lounge/dining room is so much better.
We had fantastic weather with a large amount of snow falling mid week and the ski conditions were perfect.
Once again may I thank you for letting us stay in your chalet and wish you all the best for the future.
